Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The concept of "environment" in the period of Covid-19 has suffered a radical transformation. The impact - smart, hard - of “remote” work and study relationships is the first framework in which the preface is divided. The pedagogy of the organization, precisely as it is aimed at the development of human resources, takes on the theme of work in emergency conditions. Everyone has experienced how irreplaceable, profound, the human relationship placed in comparison with the digital reality is intense. In our common home, Mother Earth, where they take place all human work activities, technological devices always more sophisticated ones show not only that everything is connected, but that digital connectivity is so pervasive that it requires human relationship. Pedagogy, care of the common home. Emotions, vitality, sensitivity, the depth of the human relationship. Higher Education assumes a key role in this scenario, assuming the best fruits of scientific research available today to build that fruitful dialogue with international politics and local administrations able to plan and implement the action for authentic, fair and solidarity development. This can happen only in the sign of an integral ecology - in its dimensions of governance, technology, change of mentality - which includes respect for human cultures and natural systems. An "integral" ecology as opposed to the "superficial" one, facade, which does not affect the causes of human degradation e environmental and does not take into account the connections between all forms of life on the planet.
