Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The complexity and uncertainty that today characterize the educational and training dimensions, especially of young people, call into question pedagogical reflection and practice in questioning the cultural and social functions of school institutions. There is a need to educate and train the new generations in a generative perspective, guaranteeing everyone, from the early years of life, levels of well-being - in its multiple dimensions - that allow an adequate level of physical, cognitive, emotional and relational development, to respond to the changes underway and to prevent vulnerabilities and inequalities. The relationship of reciprocity between sustainability and well-being, in line with the "UN Agenda 2030" and the "BES Report", calls for educational and training practices that promote, through the design of multidisciplinary and collaborative settings, the recognition of the other - person, environment, common home - for sustainable and inclusive growth.
