[Autom. eng. transl.] The document identifies in the "relationship", in the "encounter with the other", the privileged place of the educational experience: this centrality of the relational experience therefore requires a deep understanding and a care for the bond that unites educators and educators. Understanding the relationship means first of all clarifying its founding aspects: the relationship has a profound emotional-emotional meaning, but this can never be separated from an ethical dimension, from a direction in which to strive. Furthermore, educating is a process that develops and undergoes changes over time. There is a close connection between educating and generating. It could be said that the purpose of education is to help the person to bring out (ex-ducere) and to direct his true nature responsibly, to "become what he is", that is, to realize his original relational substance, which drives him to to go beyond oneself, to being-a-statement-generative.
