Educating ourselves at work means choosing education as work, placing the well-being of people at the center of attention, addressing human frailties with pedagogical competence; it is a reference to educational professionalism, from the socio-pedagogical educator to the pedagogist, who fit into different organizational contexts to promote projects and activities aimed at the development of human relationships.
