Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] This contribution, introducing the monothematic core of the journal Social Psychology n. 2 year 6 critically analyzes the term generation, underlining its polysemic nature which justifies its diversified use in the social sciences (sociology, psychology, demography ..). In this context the use made of it by the social psychology of the family captures the "core value" of this construct.
