Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work places the very recent directive 2017/1371, relating to the fight against fraud affecting the EU's financial interests, in the context of the system of rules - not only of criminal impact - of the area of freedom, security and justice referred to in Title V of the TFEU, including in the analysis the discipline of enhanced cooperation that led to the equally recent establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office and finally extending the study to the relationship between Italian and European law as evolved following the so-called jurisprudence. "Taricco" concerning "counter-limits".
