Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay deals with the issue of legitimate defense, with particular reference to the prediction, contained in a draft Regional Law approved in February 2015, of the patronage at the expense of the Lombardy Region for those accused of culpable excess in legitimate defense, regardless of his condition economic.
