Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In June 2008, SeLdA students pass for the first time the French language written test on computer. Today, after four years of experience, we propose to go through the various stages of the computerization of the test, from the computerization of the paper test to the development of a database of more adapted activities. computer support, which forced us to move away from our anchored practices. We will take stock of our questions, our attempts to answer, the reactions of the students and the institution. In particular, we will focus on those that seemed to us as major obstacles in the transition to computerization: first, in the face of the elimination of written production in the computerized test, how to recover the active and communicative part that was required to the student in writing a text? Secondly, how to position oneself in relation to the international certifications and the grids of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, unavoidable references in basic language training? We will analyze the solutions considered and possible, showing the challenges we face in the management of the tests to reconcile the requirements of the institution with those of the evaluation of the objectives achieved or to be achieved.
