Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The survey conducted by the AIDEA Board of Directors has enriched the current knowledge relating to Italian doctoral courses in business economics, laying the foundations for the development of an analytical and interpretative survey profile. The inhomogeneity of the different territorial contexts has led to reflections on the advisability of preparing strategies for harmonizing the methods of conducting doctoral courses, albeit in compliance with the enhancement of the cultural identities of the individual Schools of Business Economics that have developed over the years. The recognition and awareness of the different specificities, presupposing a comparison between the actors in terms of methods of administration and contents of the various courses, could contribute to an improvement in the qualitative standards of the training of PhD students and, at the same time, favor collaboration, sharing of courses , transversal enrichment initiatives.
