Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The investigation into the interpersonal relationships recounted in this book arises from the desire to retrace the traces (literary and otherwise), generally overlooked because they are considered impertinent, of some protagonists and supporting actors of the Italian art scene between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The result is a scenario made of worldly news, some scandal, leaks and betrayals, even "eternal" marital loves. A scenario where passions and feelings are often intertwined with fears and tenderness, and where the betrayals and reunions of the protagonists always end up, in any case, to add a splash of color to the great narrative fresco of our literature. In the following pages to add some touches to the fresco are the women, of hearts or pikes, of poets.
