Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Thirty-three experts from twenty-one Italian universities have contributed to the drafting of this Special Pedagogy Dictionary, a unique work of its kind in Italy, which proposes the fixed points of a scientific knowledge with profound effects on education and teaching and offers an epistemological support to the hard daily work of educators, teachers, managers, parents. The inclusion of people with disabilities and problems and actions to ensure an optimal quality of life for all is based on the sharing of ideas, concepts, methodologies, experiences, valid and consolidated procedures. The reader, approaching the voices of this Dictionary, has the possibility of confronting himself with thoughts and definitions to be translated, concretely, into an educational relationship that ensures growth and well-being to people, especially to those who have particular, complex needs and, precisely, " special.
