Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The Diversity Management Lab launched, in 2009, a research project based on the annual survey of workers' perceptions on the policies and practices of diversity management and private life balancing - work of a group of Italian organizations (companies and public bodies administration). Below we will illustrate the second part of the survey, relating to the diversity management and work-life balance policies and practices of the 2013 survey.1 In particular, we present the results relating to: 1. the organizational structuring of Diversity Management and of the work-life balance; 2. orientation towards the management of private life balance - work and level of this balancing; 3. orientation towards the management of diversity and the climate for diversity
