Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The work aims to present the main contributions concerning the relationship between evolutionary dyslexia and music. In recent years, the attention of several authors has focused on the study of the relationship between reading and musical skills, assuming that there are common mechanisms of analysis underlying reading processes and musical processing. The research conducted shows that music can facilitate the acquisition of the skills involved in reading, paving the way for the creation of new rehabilitation courses for the treatment of dyslexia. It should be emphasized that the strengthening of analytical skills and production of musical stimuli can be directed to reduce the level of impairment of reading, maintaining a high level of involvement by those who undergo treatment.
