Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Summary of the research results of the PRIN 2005 project, the article analyzes the corporate governance practices of a sample of listed Italian groups, in order to highlight their effectiveness, in terms of protecting interests, through the information that can be obtained from the consolidated financial statements.
