Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] In this issue of the magazine we dedicate ourselves to the discomfort of teachers. One wonders: Which teachers resist and which succumb What are the protective factors, such as motivational drives? What resources to rely on? Nine Interventions of a theoretical, experiential and training relaunch type make up the Dossier. We investigate the causes of malaise, the forms of malaise, the types of response to malaise understood as mediations between reflexive subjects (teachers), their forms of reflexivity and the contexts in which they operate, the tools for reinforcing motivations for the profession and for reading of the problems. Also included in the number are testimonies (diaries) and results of group work carried out with students and professors by the Oppi formators during the research-action "the fear of entering the classroom" (2011-13).
