Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] Starting from the constitutional framework, and from its interaction with the multilevel system, the volume offers a contemporary reading of the complex trade union phenomenon even in the face of the significant impact that the digitization of production processes and communication systems is producing on the techniques of representation of the collective interests, on the evolution of the structure of the trade union organization and on the updating of the consequent methods of action.
