Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] With an innovative ruling, the Court of Milan establishes that the person who regularly buys a DVD, or a similar product, can make a copy for private use, as required by the law on copyright, but if the producer has to renounce anti-piracy defenses , the consumer must renounce private copying.
