Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution critically reviews the issues submitted to the Plenary Assembly, which address many of the questions regarding the relationship between documentary access and generalized civic access, especially with reference to the public contracts sector. The contribution, in particular, seeks to identify the issues that remained open, despite the intervention of the plenary.
