Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume intends to address, thirty years after the promulgation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the relevance of this document by proposing an overall reading of a pedagogical nature. This analysis covers both the aspects connected to the foundation of a general theory of children's rights and the problems of specific application of these rights in the contexts of life of the child and adolescent, with particular reference to family, community, school and socio-health environments. , all places where the subject in developmental age is formed but also areas of potential risk and suspension of his fundamental rights. The thematic paths presented here span the whole age of development, targeting both childhood proper as well as adolescence and pre-adolescence.
