Research output: Contribution to journal › Article

Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The text discusses the juridical condition of prenatal human life in the Italian legal system. The recognition of the inviolable rights in the pre-birth phase, often reiterated in the constitutional jurisprudence and the risks connected to the so-called flexibility of those same rights are considered. A shared commitment is hoped for to help the pregnant woman.
