Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The initial classification of the theme highlights, among other things, the "constitutional nature" of human rights and the effectiveness beyond the case decided by the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights. They are therefore examined in the perspective of the dialogue between the Courts both the Prot. N. 15 and 16 to the European Convention on Human Rights that the revised draft of an agreement concerning the accession of the European Union to the same Convention. Finally, the prospects opened up by the future entry into force of these Protocols and the aforementioned Accession Agreement are illustrated.
