Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The work proposes an overall reflection on the legal problems connected to the management of human biological materials in the field of biobanks, also in relation to the results of an earlier FIRB research on this subject, directed by the Author. Particular emphasis is given to the role of consent from the subject of origin of those materials and to the peculiar relationship of the same with the corporeity of the same subject, to the problems of familiarity, as well as to questions concerning the transparency of research activities.
