Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The publication constitutes the third volume of an organic and reasoned collection of the main judgments of the European Court of Human Rights and of the Court of Justice of the European Communities in the matter of human rights, pronounced from 1999 to 2006, which laid the foundations of a jurisprudence whose principles are still current. In order to bring the Italian legal operator closer to the interpreted right of the ECHR by eliminating the linguistic obstacle, the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights have been translated into Italian. The publication of both groups of rulings represents a significant choice that characterizes the work, in function of the necessary dialogue between the two European Courts and the national Courts. The volume is accompanied by a systematic index and an analytical index.
