[Autom. eng. transl.] The terminological product assumes a broad communicative value, as it not only promotes communication between experts, but contributes to the disclosure of the content of interest. As a guide and orientation to the understanding of a phenomenon and to the management of the relative data, it deals with responding to the needs of knowledge of the user both generic and specialist, it allows to fix the conceptual map of the considered domain and to provide all the information related to the networks semantics so identified and described. The paper offers a review of the most recent interventions in the field of agri-food terminology.
