Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The contribution reflects on the relationship between work, however intended, the concrete transformations that it undergoes or favors in the digital transformation and in particular in relation to artificial intelligence. In particular, it reflects on the fact that digitization can allow greater entrepreneurship not only for those who really are entrepreneurs, but for anyone who works using digital tools and especially artificial intelligence systems. The work of the future will increasingly be a matter of a profound and personal vocation of the individual and individuals in a collaborative relationship between people and with machines. Hence the need for new educational and training paradigms, urgent with respect to models that are now superseded by the present and abundantly unsuitable for the future. Finally, also in relation to the pandemic, a change in economic patterns is desirable, passing from an economy based solely on competition to a civil economy based on collaboration.
