Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has put a strain on the childcare sector, asking operators to safely guarantee educational continuity and dialogue with families. In particular, it was necessary to review educational practices and rethink new ways of relating, maintaining the culture of participation as the lifeblood of the service. From the union of the digital revolution and social innovation, experiences have flourished capable of expanding the perimeter of meeting spaces. The experimentation of the Digital Open-day, as an opportunity to support parents in choosing the nursery and kindergarten, has shown the commitment of the services to activate themselves in a flexible way, also looking for the continuity of educational ties remotely. The support of technological tools has created "third party" spaces, protected and dedicated to sharing information and educational choices. The change underway accompanies the transformation of educational service models and challenges pedagogical knowledge to redefine places and ways of relating.
