Abstract
DIPNECH is a rare entity, often associated with carcinoid tumors. Sporadic cases of DIPNECH and adenocarcinoma have been published in literature, all showing a more favourable prognosis than adenocarcinoma alone. This large series seems to confirm this hypothesis.
