[Autom. eng. transl.] The comment concerns the theme of the boundaries between the case of the guarantee pursuant to art. 1489 and that of the guarantee for defects pursuant to art. 1490 cod. civ. in the context of buying and selling real estate that is not in compliance with the license, in which, moreover, the deed of sale was preceded by the enactment of the law in general, but not by a specific administrative provision that imposed the restriction in practice on the sold good, that is not also from a sanctioning provision.
