These guidelines and reflections may also be useful to train new trainers. We recive frequent requests by collegues who want to became trainer. They are interested in knowing the strategies of our field work. The objective of the article is also to give a trace for the comparison between systemic approaches to training. The author raises three questions: how are trainers prepared for their role? Which attitudes are important for training psychotherapy?
