Didattica interculturale per l'italiano LS a germanofoni

[Autom. eng. transl.] The intercultural approach to language teaching / learning has been of particular interest for some years. A fundamental step for attention to interculturality as an instrument of integration and antidote to situations of conflict in a multicultural Europe marked the common European framework of reference for languages which devotes much space to otherness seen as a value. Intercultural didactics has as its final goal the intercultural communicative competence - "interkulturelle Handlungskompetenz" - which implies knowing how to communicate and act in cultural contexts different from one's own reference world and is to be understood as part of an educational and training process. It includes the three fundamental levels of learning: cognitive, affective and behavioral. It will therefore be the task of intercultural education to provide learners with adequate tools and strategies for observing, interpreting and understanding the languages and cultures in contact and facilitating the availability to enter into relations with members of other cultures. This contribution proposes an intercultural approach for Italian as a foreign language to German speakers.
