Dialoghi sulla morfologia delle fonti

[Autom. eng. transl.] Introduction to the special section of the journal issue which collects the proceedings of a series of seminars entitled Dialogues on the morphology of sources, held at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in the spring of 2022. The meetings were structured as real dialogues. The guests are were invited to discuss, among themselves and with the organizers, around some questions, from a variety of perspectives: from public law to the philosophy of law, up to other sectors of the legal sciences, as well as areas relating to other social sciences (in particular sociology ). This is the essential question: how does law change as a result of processes of social change flowing back onto it, particularly in moments marked by emergency situations and horizons of cognitive (or, better, cognitive) uncertainty. The introduction retraces the various seminars, framing them in a unitary theoretical path.
