Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume investigates a series of Italian and Peruvian practices with regard to the process of administrative decentralization and the application of the principle of vertical and horizontal subsidiarity, in order to favor the local development of the territories. The comparative analysis of empirical evidence is supported by theoretical reflections on the evolution of models and policies for local development.
