Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Special pedagogy is called today to face, as has already happened along its articulated historical path, complex challenges that require all those who work in this field in various capacities, the ability to hold together, on the one hand, theoretical principles by now consolidated and, on the other hand, a careful and vigilant look to intercept the transformations that have become increasingly sudden and unpredictable with inevitable repercussions on the education and training system. It is therefore understood how crucial the role played by the training of operators for the development of specific and transversal skills capable of responding to scenarios that have made the contours within which to place the peculiarity of the different needs increasingly blurred and less clear-cut is. . A targeted training that does not tend to support new forms of hyperspecialisms that would risk again caging the responsibility and the ability to manage complex situations, but on the contrary that knows how to develop autonomy and dialogue between all the actors involved in the inclusive process.
