Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The intrusiveness of digital ICT (information and communication technologies) has produced a series of sensitive changes on the functioning of democracy. This contribution reflects on the problems and opportunities faced by democratic actors in the "infosphere", with particular attention to the relationship between "virtuality" and the political dimension.
