Abstract

The contribution provides a concise but comprehensive overview of the provisions, case law trends and emerging legal issues relating to the figure of the crime victim in the Italian criminal and judicial system, also in the light of the criminal justice reform (so called Riforma Cartabia) and legislation on vulnerable groups, violence against women and juvenile delinquency.
