Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay, in the context of a reflection on the work of Collodi, analyzes, taking inspiration from some passages by Pinocchio, the treatment reserved by substantive and procedural criminal law to lies, with particular regard to the potential and limits of the use of neuroscience for to test the truth of a statement.
