Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The text discusses the difference between decisions relating to therapeutic choices and the right to die, illustrating some problematic interpretative issues of the law n. 219/2017 and submitting to criticism the interpretation of this law the order of remission to the Constitutional Court, by the Court of Assizes of Milan, concerning the question of the legitimacy of the art. 580 of the criminal code in the part concerning suicide assistance
