Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] Tests on Sangiovese in the three-year period 2004-2006 - Manual or mechanical defoliation during pre-flowering or early flowering is a technique for controlling production, having less compact clusters, less susceptible to rot, grapes with a high sugar content and wines with profiles higher sensory.
