Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The sentence in question, together with a series of coherent and substantially identical judgments of the joint sections (nos. 3936-3946), affirms the immediate contestability of the inspection report for violation of the highway code in the part where the points are deducted from the driving license. This is a further clarification on the institution of the so-called points license, introduced in our system for about a decade.
