Research output: Contribution to journalArticle

Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The constitutional reform currently being approved in Parliament and the Delrio decree, which has redesigned the geography of intermediate bodies in Italy, have profoundly changed the framework for sub-state government structures. It is in this new context that any debate on local finance must take place if it is to be effective. Only in this way will it be possible to hope to make adequate reform proposals that would otherwise risk appearing unrealistic.
