Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The essay reviews a series of questions concerning non-pecuniary damage by comparing the orientations of various European jurisdictions, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, England and Scandinavia. In particular, it takes into consideration some more significant cases, such as biological damage, and the issue of liquidating damages.
