Danno e responsabilità nella funzione amministrativa

[Autom. eng. transl.] The volume analyzes the changes in the system of public responsibility for damages imposed by the uncertainty and complexity that characterize economic-social relations today. In particular, we note the fragmentation of the substantial cases of damage and the fragmentation of jurisprudential interpretation, which exacerbate the uncertainty of the system. The fragmentation, however, is also analyzed as a form of government of uncertainty, in the light of the dynamics of European integration and in the light of the constitutional principles that govern the institution of responsibility as a whole.
