Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] n 2021, following the late frost that occurred between 7 and 9 April, a study was undertaken to evaluate its consequences in a Barbera vineyard trained on the Guyot system: the data showed an imbalance of soluble solids in the musts which can be avoided removing the sterile shoots in the stage of visible inflorescences
