Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the case of Daniele, a nineteen-year-old boy who has been in prison for about a year for an attempted robbery carried out together with a group of friends. Given the peculiarity of the context within which the case unfolds, first of all some basic information is presented which provides a preliminary look at the prison context. The case is then presented and an analysis of the request is provided which takes into consideration the many aspects that the complexity of the case brings with it.
