Abstract
The central theme of the essay is to analyze the strategies implemented
during their studies and after graduation to prepare for
the challenge work: it is particularly analyzed the role of orientation activities, from apprenticeships and internships, as well as the individual flexibility and availability adaptive to the needs of the market.
