[Autom. eng. transl.] the theme of evaluation is one of the most complex tasks that the school system, and training in general, is called to perform. It is evident, in fact, that the primary objective of the school cannot be reduced to a careful selection of those who possess certain skills, but rather is represented by the need to guarantee educational success to all students, through the promotion of their personality. The by now consolidated presence in the common classes of pupils suffering from different forms of disability has highlighted the need to respond to some questions considered fundamental to tackle the problem of evaluation with competence. The state exam, scheduled at the end of the first level secondary school, can represent a valid opportunity not only to reflect, but also to re-read and reconsider the educational objectives of disabled students.
