Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The regular practice of physical exercise is not only beneficial but also risks. Everyone is given the freedom to start attending a fitness center, to go to a sports center to practice a sport or simply to go running or riding outdoors. Starting to move involves multiple responses from the body: physiological, biochemical, psychological. Reactions that can be defined as acute that occur during movement and those that, over time, lead to adaptations for the organism. Given the suitability to carry out a regular exercise, see a medical certificate that certifies the healthy and robust constitution (it would be a more detailed visit, carried out by a physician with expertise in physical exercise, ed) to have a programming that comes from an objective evaluation defines the ideal and safest route to satisfy the motivations and reach the objectives. Assessment tests, from psychological to metabolic-biomechanical ones, are fundamental for motor planning that satisfies the real desires of those who start exercising while respecting health and taking advantage of the body's real potential. Going beyond the normative aspect that defines who is the expert of physical exercise when it is not about competing in some sporting discipline or doing rehabilitation, the fundamental aspect is the competence of who takes charge of programming the infamous three-five physical exercise sessions per week, to be held for a defined minimum time, at a specific intensity.
