Abstract
This book chapter examines the most recent international documents on poverty, in consideration of the health, social and economic emergency. In relation to this framework we must ask ourselves what does it mean to be poors for children, adolescents and young people today, in order to recover their right to education, as indicated by Global Education Agenda 2030.
