Abstract
[Autom. eng. transl.] The article initially examines the situation of the stable milk market, in Italy and in Europe in 2014/15, the last campaign in the milk quota regime. Then, in the second part, it analyzes the effects of the "Milk Package", set up by the EU in 2012 to prepare the sector for a market no longer in quota systems, but on contracts for the supply of milk to the first buyers and product organizations (OP ) and on product organization associations (AOP).
