Abstract

[Autom. eng. transl.] The article, after defining what experiential learning consists of and highlighting its importance for training in professional social work, examines how they can be hindered or facilitated through training. In particular, starting from the idea that the student tends to reproduce with the users the features of the relationship that he has experimented with his practice teachers, the article presents and analyzes the experimental stages of social service implemented in the Degrees in social work of the 'Catholic University, highlighting its significance as an opportunity for the development of empowerment (in the trainee and the recipients of the initiatives) and for the promotion of the profession.
